At Pulham’s Coaches, we specialise in providing school bus travel to a number of local primary and secondary schools. If you are entitled to free home to school transport you will need to apply for this through your LOCAL AUTHORITY.
We advise that you make enquiries for school bus transport as early as possible, as soon as you know which school your child is likely to attend
If you are post-16 i.e. entering 6th form, you may need to apply through the local authority initially to establish your entitlement status.
Pupils must make a new application for school bus transport each summer, in time for school starting in September. Depending on your entitlement this application must be made through your Local Authority or Pulham’s Coaches. This process might seem a bit daunting at first but we are here to help and to point you in the right direction. We work closely with many local authorities and schools, to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Please do not assume that because you have made an application for school that this also applies to school transport. School transport requires a separate application.
To apply for non-entitled home to school transport download the form below, complete and sign it and return to the address on the bottom of the form. Applications can be made at any time during the school year. You will not be able to travel on school buses unless you have applied formally, made the required payments and received a valid bus pass. The Local Authority will decide if you are not entitled to school transport. If this is the case you may be able to apply directly to Pulham’s Coaches for a seat on a school bus route.
