The 99 Service connects Gloucestershire Royal and Cheltenham General Hospitalsvia Arle Court Park & Ride and Cheltenham Town Centre

As well as both Cheltenham & Gloucestershire Hospitals, the 99 Service serves Gloucester City Centre, the Park & Ride stop at Arle Court, Cheltenham, as well as stops in Cheltenham Town Centre, EVERY 30 MINUTES (off peak).

You can now benefit from two additional stops!

CHELTENHAM – Gloucester Road (end of Granley Road)

LONGLEVENS – Cheltenham Road (End of Elmbridge Road)

Park & Ride facility at Arle Court

Arle Court P&R facility charges for parking unless you are using one of the bus services from there.

NHS Staff who park at the Park & Ride and use the 99 bus service will continue to pay £1 for a return journey with their staff ID badge. Staff should register their car on the machine in the car park and use the reusable QR code issued to register this on the bus after they have boarded.

Travel on the 99 service is free for NHS staff with a valid card (excluding Gloucester Road, Cheltenham, Arle Court Park & Ride and Cheltenham Road, Longlevens, where a fee of £1 is applicable*). The Pulhams SmartCard will be ending on 31st December 2021. See below for more information.

*Fares are applicable for all other passengers, including concessionary pass holders from Arle Court Park & Ride to Cheltenham & Gloucestershire Hospitals. Please ask your driver to confirm.

Information about our SmartCards

Due to the increased cost and administration of the sQuid SmartCard scheme, we will be withdrawing the Pulhams SmartCard on 31st December 2021. Passengers will still be able to purchase SmartCards and receive a 10% discount on standard fares where applicable, until this date. We will not be replenishing SmartCard stock once the current stock is depleted.

Customers should be aware that all SmartCards currently in circulation will no longer be valid for travel from 1st January 2022. Any remaining funds must be used before this date. Unused credit after this date must be claimed through sQuid.
