We are delighted to be operating the routes for Cheltenham Independent Schools and have a booking platform for your convenience. This platform will provide you with an app and web-based booking facility along with flexible ticket options. Students will be provided with a QR code which will be scanned when boarding. This system’s safeguarding technology, reassures parents that their child has boarded and allows schools and parents to view the position and status of the vehicle, throughout the journey.
Applications can be made at any time during the school year. Your child will not be able to travel without a valid QR code.
How should I apply for school transport?
All applications must be made via the App “Pulhams Coaches” or using our webpage. Create your account, select your required ticket combination, pay and immediately receive a valid QR code.
Do you offer any discount?
We do not offer any discounts. The cost given on your ticket is a fixed price.
What happens if my child no longer requires transport during the school term?
The Terms & Conditions you agree to when applying for school transport state that the parent or guardian is responsible for the full term’s fee even if travel ceases within the term.
Please ensure both parent/guardian and child reads and understands the above Terms & Conditions which includes the pupil Code of Conduct whilst using home to school transport.
