Lost Property

We record many items of lost property every day and try to reunite them with their owners. If you have lost an item on one of our vehicles please complete the form below to let us know, giving as much detail as possible to help us find it.

We will log your item in our lost property database. If we are able to locate the item we will contact you to inform you of this. Please note that it can take a number of days for lost property to be located and logged especially during busy periods or where the vehicle does not return to the depot every day.

Lost property can be collected from our Head Office in Bourton-on-the-Water (click here to find us).

If you are unable to collect an item from our offices, you may arrange a courier to collect the item. We reserve the right to charge packing and handling fees. See our T&C’s for more details.
