Pulham & Sons, the executive coach travel and bus Company, is delighted once again to support and sponsor this year’s Chipping Norton Literary Festival.

The event, running from 21 April to 24 April 2016, will see Pulham & Sons partner radio broadcaster Stuart Maconie with his NEW book ‘Pie at Night’ – a funny, affectionate travelogue of northern England. In addition, the Company will run a FREE Shuttle Bus Service from the temporary Festival Car Park on London Road, stopping at the town centre on West Street, with final destination at Glyme Hall. The shuttle bus service will run on both the Saturday and Sunday.

Kathryn Pulham Director comments, “We’re delighted to sponsor such a great local event. Whilst Stuart’s book is based in northern England, we look forward to welcoming him to the Cotswolds. Taking the bus is an important part of travel – you can just sit back and enjoy the scenery as well as doing your bit to help with the local carbon footprint of the event.”

Pulham & Sons is a family owned and local operated coach and bus company, providing executive coach travel throughout the UK and Europe, local Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire school transport and educational tours, as well as twenty-two crucial bus routes within these two regions. It offers ‘8 Days Out’ tickets between May and December, with trips to the seaside and historical towns and shopping excursions, as well as an Explorer ticket (unlimited hop on/hop off travel) on Pulham’s bus routes and the Cotswolds Discoverer ticket, a bus and train offering to explore the Cotswolds area even further.

Jenny Dee, Festival Director adds, “The UK travel nature to Stuart Maconie’s work resonates well with Pulham & Sons services. The Shuttle Bus Service will provide a much needed, free service and add a fun element to the Festival.”
